Thambu illam was one of my favourite stays in Sri Lanka! I felt at home and comfortable. The staff were amazing including the night time security, Joseph, who kept us company and shared his story while we stayed up past midnight. Mathu the manager checked in with us when we didn’t arrive on time for our booking and he responded quickly to messages. The supervisor was exceptionally helpful and got us almost anything we requested for our meals. Thambu illam brings you a feeling of being in your ancestral home and the little details they paid attention makes it even magical. We will definitely come back here to stay with our family on our next trip.

The Rooms and the food at the hotel was amazing and worth the money. The location of the hotel is really good, it is walking distance to the Nallur Temple. The Rooms were comfortable and clean. Breakfast we had a good selection and very tasty home cooked traditional foods. Manager Vije was very kind and friendly from the reception and promptly attending to our requests.

First of all, the staff were very friendly and helpful. The room was very clean and was homely. Secondly, the food was excellent and our family enjoyed all the dishes, specially the crab curry. Alcohol was not that great. My wife ordered a drink with Arack ( green in color). It was overly sweet and pretty much had no alcohol in the drink. Draft beer was great. Thirdly, the room design was excellent and the bedrooms were very comfortable. The hotel provided accommodation for my driver, for which I am thankful. I will definitely visit again.

My stay at Gnaanams hotel was very comfortable. The staff was friendly, the room was okay, and the location was perfect for exploring the city. I would definitely recommend this hotel!

Located just 2.5 km from the city centre, Yal's Town Inn is located in Jaffna. Free WiFi access is available. Each room here will provide you with a TV, air conditioning and a hot tub. The staff is really nice and friendly. Food was exceptional Totally worth the paying amount. Also as the inn located in the middle of the town we can travel anywhere around with ease Definitely recommend for anyone even solo or with a group this is a safe place to stay.

Green Grass Hotel & Restaurant is located in Jaffna, a 15-minute drive from Jaffna City. It offers an outdoor pool with a pool-side bar. Everything was perfect breakfast was soo delicious We really enjoyed our stay in the property
