Only been open 1-2 months. The rooms are brand new and well designed. The breakfast had a great selection. The night market, main eating market was less than 5 min walk. Very convenient location and central. Helpful and friendly staff. The staff booked us motorbikes. Overall we were skeptical booking this place not seeing many reviews but would highly recommend it for the price we paid.

After weeks of 'normal' backpacking hotel we chose Madilao for a little more comfort. It was the best thing that we could have done to chill and relax. We also loved to be a little out of the centre of Luang Prabang (amazing city by the way). Madilao is such a beautiful hotel and we enjoyed every minute of being there. It looks very amazing, the rooms are big and comfortable and the personal is super friendly and took care of all of our request accordingly. A huge thank you to the Madilao hotel and all her staff.

Location. Garden. Quiet room in a quiet street. Very nice area with good restaurants around the corner. Close to everything. Nice and helpful staff. Good cleaning. Good french style breakfast with fresh baugettes, excellent Lao coffee, omelette, yoghurt, fresh fruit. We believe we found the best place in Luang Prabang ;-)

The Oasis sucked me in with its serene vibe right off the bat. Lotus flowers chilling in giant pools that surround the lobby - so chill! And Ms. Keo at the front desk, man, she rolled out the red carpet. Welcome drinks in hand, info for the area, answering all my random questions...she was a gem! I'm running out of ways to say thank you to that angel of a woman. Keo, you the real MVP!

We stayed here at the end of October and there were very few guests. Amazing, clean accommodation with incredible views to the surrounding mountains. In a quiet part of the city, but still relatively close to the centre. Kind and polite staff, incredible value for the money we paid. High-quality and tasty food at the hotel restaurant and a well-equipped cosy room with a comfortable bed and cute balcony. Well-kept garden and a pool with beautiful views on the city and mountains.

The aspect that I enjoyed the most during my stay was the high quality level of service provided by the staff at Bursari Heritage. I specially appreciated the service provided by Mr. Phaeng who welcomed me at the hotel. He made me feel at home and always provided me with top-class service. Hotel is across the street from the night market and within walking distance to the major sights. The hotel assisted us with booking tours that were reasonably priced. The breakfast buffet was varied and generous. But the best part of the stay was the kindness and friendliness of the hotel staff. They took time to get to know us and went above and beyond in helping us. One person even accompanied me to the post office to mail a package home. We look forward to a return visit.

What a hotel. Rosewood lives up to expectations. The interiors are stunning. The whole property is beautifully laid out with the old house looking immaculate. I would have loved to stay longer. The staff were such a pleasure. The level of service is superb. We had a pick up from a restaurant where the driver waited for us for over half an hour even though his shift had ended.
