It was our second time on Koh Rong island, but the first time on Soksan beach. At first it looked a bit strange, as if it was more a village, but very soon we found out that it's a wonderful place to have a holiday. We absolutely loved the hotel. The service was unexpectedly high for such an affordable price. We stayed there for 3 days and the people who work there made our stay even better. The evening BBQ was mouthwatering, we loved it. We borrowed a pedal board, free of charge, enjoyed the evening Mr Bean movies, relaxed on the sunbeds, etc. The staff are so incredibly friendly, polite and helpful. Once we arrived, they told us where to rent bikes and helped us to find some places on the map. They provide a buffet breakfast which was very delicious, clean and fresh. Also they refilled our water bottles free of charge multiple times a day. In the end of our stay, they helped us to confirm the ferry for the next day and called us a tuk tuk driver the night before. The bungalow we stayed in was spacious, clean and cool. There was a comfy bed, an fan, a powerful AC, 3 kinds of lamps, 2 plugs, a safe with clear instructions on how to use it. There were no insects in the room, although we let a mosquito in by accident. We slept so well in that room. The overall design was pleasant and minimalistic. To conclude, we were so happy to stay in White Sand Ark, we definitely recommend this place to everyone who wants to have a great holiday!

The villas are incredible and the setup of the hotel is beautifull ! The staff is always smilling and very helpfull ! The manager is execellent, always there to make your customer experience even better !! The food of the restaurant is very good, we even had the possibilities to make special seafood order that came directly fresh from the local boats fishermans … it was exceptional !! Inwas staying in the front ocean view villa … the design of the bathroom is superbe … ( you will found a surprise in it … :):) All other villas are great too and none of the villas are too close to the others which keep a very good privacy ( and for me privacy = luxury) !! The private beach is great too and you have at your disposal free of charge kayaking and paddle. The sunset from the swimming over the ocean is speachless ! For me the best hotel on koh rong sanloem ! I will be back for sure
