In all, I’m surprised this hotel is not 4 stars since I’ve been in way worse 4-star hotels in Europe and I would say this was still better than the 4-star hotels I got to know in Japan. Overall, I would definitely recommend this hotel if you want to check the nearby Bikan district or even if you planned to go to Okayama city center.

To the extent where I was uncomfortable (in a GOOD way?) because I wasn’t used to people doing that much (e.g. pressing the lift button for me). Being able to borrow manga to read was a lovely surprise, but note that it’s all in Japanese.
