Room was comfortable with excellent internet connection with a TV you could connect to video streaming. Staff were very welcoming and helpful. Lots of amenities available in the downstairs lobby as well as a luggage storage you can use while you wait for your train.

The location was quite close to Sendai station and there is a convenience store at the first floor (and another one across the road). Public bath was also decent. Worked great for us as a base while exploring attractions close to Sendai.
