The staff is formal, while remaining extremely welcoming. The location is a bit of a distance from city center but still walkable, with lots of restaurants and attractions within walking distance. Loved the jazz bar next door too!

The room is quite spacious and the beds are big! Very comfortable to stay. The staff are very helpful and patient for every question we asked. My friend lost her ring somewhere in the restaurant, the hotel called us as soon as they find it, so that we didn’t need to feel upset during our one day trip to the outskirts of Kanazawa. Very much appreciated!

The staffs are super nice and friendly. The hotel provides drinks bar in the lobby, free ramen at night and even some drinks in the fridge. The room is spacious, clean and beautiful. Recommended hotel when you stay in Kanazawa. The location is not that far from Kanazawa station, 10 min walk and also walking distance to some interesting places. Too bad that it was only a short visit for us.
