Featuring a hot tub, massage treatments and tennis courts, Hotel La Neige offers rooms with a balcony and nature views. It provides a free shuttle service and free Wi-Fi. This was a lovely traditional hotel, well located for skiing. We were transferred and collected to the slopes every day which were only about 10 mins away. The staff were exceptional and couldn't do enough for us. They would have our ski boots ready for us when we left the hotel and would book our taxis and recommend restaurants for the evening meals. The room was spacious with a living room as well as a bedroom. We had a nice view of snowy trees.

We are an American family who has taken dozens of overseas trips, and this has to be the friendliest, most professional staff we have ever encountered. The degree of ease that Ski Inn Hakuba makes for a ski/snowboard vacation cannot be overstated. Amazing rooms, amazing facilities, great food options at the hotel or a short walk into town, ski instructors will pick you up from your doorstep, private parking — it has it all. Book with confidence. We will absolutely be coming back.

The staff at House of Finn Juhl were amazing! I booked these rooms for my family trip, Yuka helped me plan dinners for our large group before we arrived and then upon arrival was even more amazing. The rooms were spacious and the furniture was beautiful. They helped arrange our Takyubin to the next location for our luggage. They provided amazing snacks and great breakfasts, it was wonderful!

Very pleasant experience staying at Takumi san’s house. They offer pick up service at bus stations and ski resorts. There is a free snacks bar with different wines and juice. We also had a free sushi dinner at first night. We really like the room, clean and sweet, also enjoy the Japanese bathtub after back from skateboarding. You will love the Takumi family!

Featuring a public bath and mist sauna, PHOENIX HOTEL by Hakuba Hotel Group is located in Hakuba, a 30.6 km drive from Nagano. Visited from Dec. 26th to Dec. 28th (before the peak season began). Operates shuttles to Goryu/Hakuba47 and Happo-one in the morning at 8am and 9am and back to the hotel at 3pm and 4pm. Picked us up at the Happo Terminal at check in and gave us a ride back at check out. Phoenix provided shuttle rides to nearby places in the evening at request. Extremely friendly staffs and great service. Breakfast was great! Highly recommended. Walking distance from Lawson, rental shops (Rhythm Hakuba), and other restaurants.
