Directly connected to JR Akita Station and featuring free WiFi access throughout the property, Hotel Metropolitan Akita offers 2 restaurants, a bar and air-conditioned accommodation. The staff were really good, especially the duty manager. It was my birthday and we were looking for a special restaurant for dinner, she went above and beyond to find one for us. I was also given a little present She not only booked the restaurant for us but also told them about my special occasion. I had a surprise birthday dessert!! Very pleasant stay!! Perfect location too! Highly recommended!!

Dormy Inn Akita is located opposite historical Senshu Park and is a 5-minute walk from JR Akita Station. Free internet access and a public bath are provided. All. Their staff though with limited English was not a hindrance as we use apps to do translation. Very helpful.

Know a lot complain about distance from the station, however the hotel is right next to the main entertainment street, which I really enjoyed when getting food. Really nice hotel and friendly staff.

Kyukamura Nyuto-Onsenkyo is set in Senboku, within 18 km of Tazawako Station and 23 km of Lake Tazawa. Our stay at this beautiful hotel was just FANTASTIC. The location is wonderful, in the middle of the forest in a wild environment where the silence is king. The staff was very professional and gentle, and above all SMILING. The kitchen was very good and the buffet was entirely worth it. The structure is modern but well integrated in the magic athmosphere of Nyuto Onsen and our experience was authentic and breathtaking. The passport which allows you to travel around the Onsens is just WOW. Absolutely to reccommend. We stayed here one night from the 20 to the 21 of November. Michele from Italy

We liked our room. It was quite spacious and the staff was really nice. The location was extremely close to the station that made traveling comfortable. It's also a 25-30 minute walk from the Samurai Residencies.
