Didn't get her name but I reported a minor issue, she didn't call maintenance she troubleshoot and sorted the problem. Again thank you housekeeping. Overall, cleaniness, hospitality, food, comfort, and value for money are 10/10. Any issues just say it and it's sorted. Overall, I stayed at 5 hotels and Cardiff twice...

The master bedroom was very spacious , second was also a nice space , shower pressure was beautiful and hot at any given time. First Airbnb I have stayed in were they provide cleaning products which was a real bonus for me. Enough cooking utensils and etc, WiFi was brilliant in all rooms even on the roof patio and pool area. Mr Gray also was brilliant ensuring I entered safely.

With Cardiff Hall Beach reachable in 500 metres, Cozy Villa Escape provides accommodation, a restaurant, a private beach area, water sports facilities and an outdoor swimming pool. This was perfect for me and my husband. Large, close to family with a great kitchen space so we could cook. The place also has a great reef to snorkel around right off the large beach. We could hear the ocean waves from the bedroom when the water was rough. Perfect way to fall asleep :) The patio area was great to sit on and drink our morning coffee or just relax in the afternoon. Deborah was really the best! She was very understanding and accommodating since I had some unexpected travel delays. Also, anything that we had issues with, we just let her know, and it was taken care of immediately. I only have great things to say about our experience in this villa and with Deborah!
