Greeted by Jackson and he was super welcoming, helpful, informative. Helped carry our bags to our room. Beautiful oasis, plants, trees, flowers everywhere, hammocks, and chairs, property inside/out impeccably clean. We had the "king room with sea view" which was beautifully decorated with a large window where you can view the ocean and enjoy the sunset. Room spotlessly clean with nice A/C and fan, comfortable bed. We slept very well. Very peaceful and quiet. Nice bathroom. Wonderful complimentary breakfast. There is a fence around the property which provides security and privacy. Jackson goes above and beyond to help and answer any questions. He recommended a good restaurant, advised us on our backwater boat trip, shopping area. He flagged down an autorickshaw for us. Daniela, the owner, was very friendly and gracious, and accommodated our special request to check out 1 hour later. Jackson arranged a very nice car to take us to Kochi. All our needs were met. We left fully rested and refreshed. Didn't want to leave! Will come again!

I have travelled around India pretty extensively and staying at this place was like meeting a unicorn. It was not only spotlessly clean but for a property that has been running for almost a decade, it looked practically brand new. The maintenance and care that is going into this property is next level. It may not be fancy, but this place is a real gem and the icing on the cake is that it is set in a fantastic part of historical Kochi in the wonderful and charming Jew Town district. We found all the staff to be very professional, helpful and accommodating. The breakfast was simple but very tasty and filling. This property really delivered in terms of quality of service and value for money.

Kalaravintolat erinomaisia, kannattaa kuitenkin valita kala itse tuoreuden varmistamiseksi. Viime vuoden kokemuksen jälkeen löytyi takakujilta uusia tutustumisen kohteita, joten kannattaa harjoittaa tutkimusmatkailua pitkälle rantakadulta sisämaahan päin. Hieman etäämmällä itse matkakohteesta mielenkiintoinen kalastajasatama jonka lähellä edustettuna kaaikki Intian uskonnot ja kirkot sopuisasti pienellä alueella. Majakan olimme tutkineet jo viime vuonna - upeat vuorikristallit ja maisema. Sopiva Keralan viime kohteeksi lyhyen 15 kilometrin etäisyys Thiruvarandrapuramin lentokentästä. On muuten vaikea lausua, joten harjoittele matkaa odottaessasi.
