Located next to Ashford Castle, The Lodge at Ashford Castle is set on 10 acres of grounds, overlooking Lough Corrib in Cong. Their shuttle service between points on the estate was a wonderful service and greatly appreciated. The Hawk Walk was a very special experience made even better by a warm welcome from Yvonne and by our lovely guide Neamh. The meals at The Lodge and at Cullens on the grounds of the estate were excellent.

Stayed at Ryan’s Hotel for 2 nights whilst attending a wedding. Perfect location right in the centre of Cong. Great hotel, staff were all really nice and accommodating. We had dinner in the restaurant one night which was delicious and also the breakfast was great. Very much recommend this hotel.

The hotel is well equipped, very comfortable, clean, very welcoming. The breakfast, but also dinner if you wish, are very good, host are charming and very polite. Parking around hotel is free and easy, the coutryside is very nice.

Host Rachael is the best with delightful conversations and excellent referrals for places to eat, sites to see.

The Location excellent. Room immaculately clean. Breakfast was real good. The Host made us feel welcomed and get all comfort we need. Good feelings!

The host was very friendly and responsive, he also explained how to reach the lake. The bed was very comfortable and the room very big and with very nice custom furniture. Very good breakfast prepared by the host.
