Set in Sligo, 13 km from Cathedral of Immaculate Conception, Markree Castle offers accommodation with a garden, free private parking, a terrace and a restaurant. Staying in such a magical, well maintained castle was a dream. The gardens were great and really enjoyed exploring the castle and all the rooms.

Overlooking Mount Knocknarea, the Strandhill Lodge and Suites are 10 minutes’ walk from sandy beaches and just 1-mile from Sligo Airport. Rooms have i-Pod docks and sea or countryside views. The view from the room was amazing. The room was very nice and cozy. The staff was welcoming, friendly and helpful. There were several options for breakfast.

On the edge of the Atlantic Ocean, the Waterfront House & Restaurant offers luxury boutique accommodation and breathtaking views over Killala Bay and golden Enniscrone Beach. Excellent hotel with the friendliest and most accommodating staff. Wonderful reception on arrival - we were made to feel at home. Great breakfast and dinner.

Nestled on a private estate of over 1,000 acres in the picturesque Irish countryside, Temple House is a luxury Georgian mansion with views of a 13th-century lakeside castle of the Knights Templar. Dinner and breakfast with the other guests was very enjoyable. The house and grounds were pleasant and welcoming.

With an 18-metre swimming pool and a sumptuous spa, this Radisson BLU hotel is less than 10 minutes’ drive from Sligo. Free Wi-Fi is available, and Rosses Point Beach is a 5-minute drive away. We really enjoyed our stay, the pool was nice and the breakfast was really good. The room itself was very comfortable.

Located in the heart of Sligo town, Riverside Hotel offers spacious and stylish en-suite rooms with free WiFi. Sligo bus and train stations are within a 10-minute walk. Thank you Arthur for helping to make our stay even better. He’s the man! ;) Our room was perfect, clean and comfortable. We had a balcony over the river which made it even more special. We had dinner in the hotel pub where everything was delicious and we were able to enjoy a night of live music.
