You can go snorkeling in the healthy house reef, watch the sunset from their jetty and look at the stars. The vegan and vegetarian food options are really good, especially the Tempeh. It’s been one of my favorite places so far and I can highly recommend it.

We enjoyed our stay at Amfriwen. The bungalow was clean, had a fan, a mosquito net and a little shelf space. The veranda and the view were amazing. The bathroom was outside and for us one of the better facilities during our stay in Raja ampat. The food was very simple but always enough. We enjoyed our stay and say thank you to the lovely family.

Aron and his family provided us with a wonderful stay. The bungalow has a fantastic view directly out to sea. You jump into the water, swim 100m and find corals and a great variety of species. Around the bungalow we saw a wobbegong, an epaulette shark, reef sharks, turtles and starfish in the most colorful colors. Aron organized coconuts for us at our request, we were served delicious food directly on our terrace and went on many excursions to fantastic snorkeling spots. Everyone went out of their way to make sure we were happy and comfortable. Aron even organized ear drops from Waisai when we got an earache from diving and saved our vacation! Thank you so much for everything. It was an unforgettable vacation!

Mario and team are fantastic and they make sure to arrange transport, trips etc. The location is perfect with relative closeness to multiple dive shops. The house reef and jetty are wonderful. High standard for the price. Talked to multiple people who explained their homestay as well as other guests here that been in other parts of Raja Ampat and it seems like the standard here is much better than in most other places.

We booked 6 nights in December at the Raja Ampat Eco Lodge. The lodge was fantastic! The bungalows are spacious, clean and beautifully appointed with a very comfortable bed, seating and dining areas and nice lighting. While there isn't air conditioning, the breeze coming from the sea and the large quiet fan made it easy to sleep at night despite warm temperatures. We didn't have any issues with mosquitoes or other bugs either. The food was delicious and varied each day. We loved the fresh juices, curries and vegetables. The house beach is beautiful and the reef has a good variety of fish. We even saw an octopus a couple of times! The owners are lovely and the service provided by the team is professional and kind.

O Junior Homestay é uma hospedagem domiciliar recentemente renovada em Kri, onde você pode aproveitar ao máximo seu jardim e terraço. O quarto é bom, com mosquiteiro, a eletricidade é ligada das 6:00 PM até 12:00 AM, podendo ligar o ventilador nesse horário. Não sentimos calor pois o telhado é aberto e ventila bastante o quarto. Temos baby sharks da espécie black tip nadando na frente do quarto na maré cheia, o que é incrível! É uma acomodação simples mas que serve ao propósito do lugar: acordar, passar o dia mergulhando de cilindro, comer, dormir. Os banheiros compartilhados eram limpos todos os dias. A água é levemente salobra mas muito pouco. Algumas pessoas q estavam conosco disseram que ratos roeram as mochilas delas. Nós não vimos nenhum bicho além dos cachorros e gatos de lá. No geral recomendo.

Com vista do mar, o TABARI DIVE LODGE está localizado em Pulau Mansuar e oferece restaurante, cozinha compartilhada, bar, jardim, terraço e churrasqueira. Lovely hosts, especially Brigitte will do her best to make everyone feel comfortable. After a day or two, it feels like family (and if you're lucky enough to have good-hearted, like-minded travelers staying at Tabari, it's amazing). Meals three times a day (main dish, bread, sometims salad, dessert) you can go eat later than time food is served. You'll definitely not be hungry. We were served lunch also on day of arrival and chek out Food was always delicious (more European cuisine). You can ask for vegetarian meals. Instant coffee, tea, water available all day for free. I think beer 80.000 and drinks 100.000 R., Acceptable, considering the hotel has to buy at marginally lower prices on Waigo, and that you find higher prices elsewhere in Indonesia. House reef is in excellent condition, colorful fish, even turtles, and coral abound. You ca dpend your day snorkeling and not get bored. Diving and trips can be arranged. Trips are a little pricy, but the one to Pianemo is absolutely worth it. There were 7 huts, if I remember correctly. The huts are basic (be aware that the walls do not reach the ceiling and there are no glass windows), but they are fresh and clean. There's a mosquito net in good condition around the bed. Our hut, contrary to those of others, did not have a bathroom door, but we didn't mind. Few mosquitoes. Bring anti-repellent tablets and spirals (nights no electricity) and it's fine. No bugs seen! Electricity is not 24 hours, but it's sufficient for the life you lead on the island. When lights go out at latest 11 pm, it's beautiful to sit on the veranda in the darkness, observing the endless stars while listening to the waves lapping or crashing against the hut stilts.
