The bed was super comfortable and room is super spacious. The housecleaning staff did a really good job tidying up the room as it is super clean and they even changed fresh towels when we didn't requested, which was super sweet of them. Room service food was super yummy too! All the staffs were really friendly too! And surprisingly the wifi signal was superb.

Amazing beautiful aesthetics with huge pools ranging from wading, toddler and adult pools. They even had pools at the beach bar area.

This place takes very good attention to service and quality details compared to other hotels in batam and bintan. Staffs are nice too.
