Nite & Day Laguna Bintan se găsește în Tanjung Pinang și este o proprietate de 3 stele. The bed was super comfortable and room is super spacious. The housecleaning staff did a really good job tidying up the room as it is super clean and they even changed fresh towels when we didn't requested, which was super sweet of them. Room service food was super yummy too! All the staffs were really friendly too! And surprisingly the wifi signal was superb.

We’ve stayed big resort with much higher rate but the every stanard and management style didn’t meet international standard. This place takes very good attention to service and quality details compared to other hotels in batam and bintan. Staffs are nice too.
