Molt. bonic, els bungalows 1000 vegades millors que les habitacions, amb unes vistes espectaculars a la selva, gran amplitud, un bany molt gran, tele amb netflix inclos, ventilador, cafe, patates dolços cocacoles etc, de cortesia gratuits. Bon esmorçar. Servei de lloguer de motos de 10, el millor de bali, moto en bones condicions, cascos nets y en bon estat, no com els altres hotels, tenia inclos 2 impermeables, i un suport per el telefon, gratuit tot, bon preu per al lloguer. El personal molt be, atents al detall i molt rapids.

Ens ha encantat passar aquests dies a Frangipani, es un hotel molt familiar i ens hem sentit com a casa. Les vistes son espectaculars i la picina es genial. La familia del Nyoman ens ha fet sentir un més i el Kedek, el conductor, també ens ha tractat com un més de la familia. Segur que si tornem a Bali tornarem! Gràcies

El millor allotjament de la nostra estada a Bali! Molt ben situat, amb molts restaurants al mateix carrer. Recomano el mateix restaurant de l’hotel, qualitat - preu molt adequat! Personal molt acollidor i sempre disposat a ajudar-te. Esmorzar deliciós i amb moltes opcions a escollir. Habitacions netes i acollidores.

Hotel amb un preciós i tranquil entorn, rodejat d'un exhuberant jardí, riu, i decoració Balinesa. Té dos piscines, tot i que ara mateix només hi ha una oberta. Habitació àmplia i amb terrassa. Llit extra gran i còmode. A 5 minuts en moto del centre de Ubud. Personal extremadament amable i servicial.

Molt ben situat per visitar la zona nord de Bali. Hotel suficient comparat amb el que hi ha a la zona. Sense molts luxes, però amb una bona piscina i serveis.

La ubicació és ideal si vas a l'aeroport. A més tenen un transfer gratuït, els treballadors són molt amables, com en tot Bali

despres de tants dies recorrent bali necesitavem descansar i aquest va ser el lloc ideal, cap soroll!!

Awesome location for quality time with Family. The resort is equipped with lot of things within it to spend a day or two. Very enjoyable place, especially the Rock bar, pools and the Private beach.

Perfect; I got the Mood Villa, the staff all around the place were too welcoming and super nice. Pool was great, clean with perfect view. Spa was lovely, with ocean view 👏👍 Food was so delicious 😋

Room was like something I could never even imagine.. Food in tippinyaki was delicious.... the staff are amazing. I had an issue when I arrived, but the front of house manager was apologetic and compensated me. Couldn't fault one bit. Staff were amazing. Facilities were amazing. Really really impressed. Could not have been nicer. Went for my engagement celebration with my fiancee and it made us so happy when we left!! Wilwan was very helpful

We spent the night at the Moon-House. This is one of the most spectacular hotel rooms we´ve ever been. The feeling is like being inside the "Avatar" movie. The design is unique, using Bambu as the main material. The whole suite cannot be easily compared to any other "just expensive" hotel suite, then it is a complete different "experience". Also the surroundings are amazing, getting from the Hotel lobby to the room feels already like a "Indiana Jones" experience. The way goes through illuminated caves, then the awesome bambu-cabin elevator (30 m deep) that takes you down closer to the river, the restaurant and the rooms. The sunset view from the Sun-set Bar is fantastic

This is a fantastic property in a great location. Everything was well thought of and the staff were very helpful. I have been coming to Ulu for many years and would choose this hotel over any of the new fancy 5 star global chains.

The breakfast was spectacular. We had dinners in the hotel restaurant. The food and the service were excellent.

Friendly and friendly resection. Cosy environment. Cool and clean AC rooms. Outdoor activities. Nice Italian restaurant and many shopping options.

The view is otherworldly. The rooms are clean and well maintained.

Breakfast was delicious. Different set menus everyday. The resort is quite large, and so the buggies were super convenient and quick, despite some of the renovations that were going on. Staff was super friendly and helpful as well.
