The Lemonfield Hotel is located on the seafront in Sunderland's Seaburn. Rooms include a TV, tea and coffee-making facilities and a private bathroom. Some rooms have a sea view. Room was small but very cost and warm. The only point is that the motorway is nearby, so you can hear the cars moving (in case of windows overlooking the seashore). But it is not a problem at all with the window closed. Rooms were cleaned every day, altogether with tea and coffee resupply. Good wi-fi and a small desk to work. And the most important, the seashore within the reach of your hand (not the 1st line, but it does not matter and I checked the map before booking)

Nothing was too much trouble for the staff all you had to do was ask. all very friendly and helpful

Hotel Maldron se nahaja v središču Newcastla in ponuja brezplačen WiFi ter zasebno dvorišče. We were very happy with everything, the room, location and breakfast. The room was spacious and modern, and clean. The location was excellent, central, close to shopping and walkable to the Utilita Arena, where we saw Simple Minds. We've stayed in a few hotels when coming back to England to visit family, the Maldron was by far the best and nicest hotel we've stayed at. We will recommend it to friends in future. We will be back. Thanks so much, your staff made it for us. They were very friendly, answered our questions and were able to help us out with a map of Newcastle so we could walk to everything.
