Nestled in the picturesque Scottish Highlands, Fonab Castle, refurbished and opened in 2013, boasts luxurious rooms, scenic views, mature gardens, free WiFi, free parking, and 2 restaurants. The property and staff were five star!! We loved this castle and wish we had planned to stay longer.

Everything from the room, to the service, and facilities are excellent. Cozy enough to feel like home, luxurious enough to be fit for royalty. Super comfortable bed and expansive views from the room. Beautiful walk outside. Free upgrade was great.

The Merryburn - Rooms and Courtyard Studios is a few minutes' walk from Dunkeld and Birnam Railway Station at the gateway to the Highlands and is a listed Victorian building. Extremely large, clean, comfortable rooms. Would highly recommend.

The professionalism and graciousness of all the staff; the exquisite food; the comfort of the drawing room; the peace and tastefulness of the bedroom; the entire interior and exterior environment. This has truly been the best accommodation of my life and I have traveled extensively. My daughter and I were extremely impressed. We will be recommending this lodging to our friends and family and hope to return. Thank you.
