Location and staff are just wonderful. This was the second time staying at The Wellington this year and has been even better than the first. We will definitely be back again.

Beautiful hotel with comfortable bed, rain shower and bath, plenty of soft towels, good coffee machine. A few minutes walk to the Galleria for shopping. Felt secure at all times. Best part about this hotel is the staff. They make you feel so welcome and can't do enough for you. A lot cheaper than Central London as well but not lacking any of the quality. Had a fabulous time and will stay again. Well done.

The rooms in the hotel are equipped with a flat-screen TV.... Staff were excellent, so friendly and helpful. The hotel was lovely, rooms furnished well and very clean. The food was very good, both presented well and tasted great, and one of us is gluten free and the waitress was extremely helpful in showing what we could eat.

Ideally located close to Watford Town Centre, and with easy access to the M25 and M1 motorways, the Southern Cross is a friendly local pub with a lively atmosphere. I'm positively surprised by this place, it's a great PUB with guest rooms upstairs. From the moment we walked in, the staff greeted us with a smile, check in took literally 10 seconds. The entire facility is clean and quiet and safe in the evening.

Situated 25 minutes’ drive from London Stansted Airport, the Holiday Inn Express Harlow is enclosed by various shopping and leisure facilities. The breakfast room was good, our room was good and the bed was comfortable. The staff, in general, was amiable, always a smile and a "good morning". At the reception desk, Jodie and Morgan were so helpful with a friendly chat and taking care of the minor problems
