Best Western Plus Scottish Borders Selkirk Philipburn House is a luxury 4-star hotel on the outskirts of the beautiful Scottish Border town of Selkirk. I stayed here for a week and was very impressed by the staff who were all so friendly and helpful.

Located in central picturesque Selkirk, the "The County" is a friendly former coaching inn on the market square. Each room has an en suite bathroom with a walk-in shower. This was our 1st time staying at this hotel and it won’t be our last .

Around 25 miles from central Edinburgh, Black Bull enjoys a prominent location in the pretty Scottish Borders town of Lauder. The entire experience was such a surprise. Great lamb shank at dinner.
