The spa is awesome so is the breakfast and restaurant menu. We left a day earlier than expected mainly because of the bad weather. We decided this at 3 pm and they offered to cancel the pay for the last day which is quite special. 10 out of 10 for us!

The rooms have been completely modernized very recently and are quite beautiful. Best of all were the owners, who provided exceptional hospitality and really went the extra mile to accommodate us. We needed to have a rental car back to Paris by 11 AM, so, even though breakfast is not normally served until 7:00, the owner got up extra early and laid out a terrific breakfast for us so we could get on our way before 7:00. I wish we had spent more time here than just one hurried evening. I would definitely choose to stay here again.

We enjoyed the Lodge Hotel from the moment we arrived: the welcome was very friendly and uncomplicated. We had the feeling to stay with friends. We had the feeling that the people working there, enjoyed their work and life. The parc is beautiful: the old trees, the ponds and the creek gave a very special atmosphere. A specialty seems to be fly-fishing, which was interesting to watch from the distance. The rooms were large and clean and equipped with everything you could ask for. The dinner and the breakfast were very good and we enjoyed our stay a lot.

An absolutely beautiful property, we arrived fairly late and didn’t feel like dinner but we regret that now, the menu looked terrific when we saw it the next morning! Room was very comfortable, quirky but tasteful, and entirely in keeping with the château. Breakfast was outstanding. We loved our stay here. Relaxing in the garden walking our dog was a real pleasure
