Turckheim har det mange andre steder i Alsace mangler: ro, lite turistpreg og hyggelige hoteller og spisesteder, og hotellet vi har overnattet på , BERCEAU DU VIGNERON, er et av de beste hotellene vi har overnattet på med den beste frokosten jeg har fått servert på noen restaurant. Og dette er valuta for pengene! Turckheim har også ideell beliggenhet til steder som Colmar, Munster, Kaysersberg og hjemmene til A. Schweitzer(Gunsbach og Kaysersberg). I tillegg kan nevnes at Turckheims utmerkede vinkooperativ ligger i gangavstand fra sentrum og selger flere flotte viner. Der er de også rause med å la deg prøversmake vinene de tilbyr, noe som dessverre ikke alltid er tilfelle. Noen få km fra T. ligger restauranten "Au Raisin d'Or" (i Zimmerbach). Det er en av de beste stedene jeg har besøkt, og der er det også valut for pengene. Anbefales på det sterkeste!

Every thing! We went for a spa weekend with our french bulldog (which sleeps a lot) and everything was perfect. The room was comfortable with enough space to walk around, the bathroom was very warm. This room was a little outdated but very charming. The spa facilities are definitely high standards, 2 different sauna, a hamman, a pool with jacuzzi space, everything is made to relax. The restaurant was also great, food was qualitative and servings a good size. The staff were very nice, helpful and friendly. Special ++ for the delicious easter cake on the door step on the Sunday morning!

Loved the location. The town is very charming. The room was excellent. It was beautifully decorated, the view was nice, everything was cleaned and well maintained. The restaurant, although expensive, was equally amazing and the food was great. The staff was very friendly and their English was very good. Overall a great stay.

The drive to the property was very beautiful! The snow was just starting to cover the upper mountains. It snowed the day we arrived. The chalet was very cute and clean! There was plenty of seating room for the 3 adults that stayed. For the smallness of the chalet (cabin), it was quite comfortable without feeling cramped. The resteraunt is very good, but is limited on selections. Breakfast is worth the price too. We are planning on coming back in the late spring. We will bring more friends to share this experience.
