Posebno je bila ljubazna Sofija. Želim da pohvalim što je ceo hotel ekološki osvešćen i što svojim porukama, odnosom prema gostima u načinon rada podižu svest svojih klijenata i zaista se brinu o životnoj sredini.

The kids club is my daughter's favourite! The swimming pool with warm water is very nice and necessary especially if you visit Teneriffa with kids not during the summer time.

Next to the hotel you can ask for a good massage session and if you like hiking trails ; barranco del infierno is a great option.

Almost everything: the entire complex is extremely well built, each villa with its own parking spot in the underground and elevator carrying you to the room, the transportation inside the room is done by shuttle or buggy and they come reasonably on time. The room was practically new, one of the most beautiful I’ve ever stayed on (and I’ve seen a few, believe me). The interior design is ArchDaily level, the rooms are super spacious, everything is very clean, cosy and luminous. Our view was spectacular.

Our first trip to Tenerife did not disappoint. The GF Victoria hotel is absolutely stunning. Staff were very professional and kind . Our bedroom was very clean and spacious. We had our 4 month baby with us so a lovely cot was provided. Turn down service in the evenings was a nice touch. Bathrooms were spotless. Great aircon. Microwave and fridge in the room, great for making baby bottles and sterilising. Brilliant selection for all tastes at breakfast. The hotel has multiple entertainments on throughout the day at the pool and nightly in the bar also. Great location, close to nice bars and restaurants and cafes near El duque beach. Shopping centre across the road. Swimming pools really nice and a great children’s club, you can go in with your baby/toddler and use or leave your baby for an hour (which we didn’t do as our baby too young yet) They have a little pitch and putt golf area, spa and children’s pool with slides etc, looked great but never didn’t use these.

Everything was perfect, staff very friendly, gardens incredibles with the golf, huge room with splendid view on the ocean, heated pools, padel/tennis lessons with very friendly and competent teacher.

Od UAH 3.408 po noćenjuDopalo mi se ŝto sam posle boravka u bučnom Costa Adeje, doŝla u mirno i tiho mesto. Apartman je blizu okeana. Kad su malo veći talasi, mogu da se čuju kako udaraju u stene. To je neŝto ŝto ćete veoma retko čuti. Takodje mi se dopalo ŝto je gazda izuzetno ljubazan. Njegova ljubaznost, pored toga ŝto je apartman lepo opremljen, je uticala da se osećam kao da sam kod svoje kuće.

Everything was perfect. Location is excellent if you have a car as beach and town is little away. The staff is really nice. Breakfast was amazing. Our villa had a pool with a very nice view. They decorated it beautifully for our anniversary. They also have one of the best spa.

I couldn't recommend the place enough. It was just me and my wife and top to bottom everything was great - whether it was the room, the service (we had a bottle in our room with some decorations as it was my wife's birthday and also given one on her actual birthday day, we dont drink but it was a lovely touch) the breakfast was fantastic with good variety (churros were great) and pool area was lovely to relax in. The receptionists were very helpful with whatever we needed. Would recommend everyday of the week!

We have thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Everyone is so friendly. Loved the small touches - water for example in your room and on the sun-beds, but please do note our footnote/further suggestion on the use of plastic. We loved the entertainment provided, in particular The Tenors. The Club House organised our meals fabulously and also our whale/dolphin excursion. We would like to say how great Danny from the Company you recommended and booked us with was. We were SO lucky … and privileged… to have dolphins and whales enhance our stay here - it was a true highlight of the trip and something we will remember forever. We will definitely be back. It has been wonderful. One recommendation we would offer to further sustain our planet .. and reading about Tenerife we know how seriously you are taking this and using your resources to maximise this aspect - would be look at the opportunity to offer guests reusable bottles with fountains to refill. This would drastically reduce the use of plastic and if you made the bottle “cool” then what a great opportunity for ongoing marketing! Just an idea!

After reading so many bad reviews about Los Olivos we were worried about this place. But it EXEEDED OUR EXPECTATIONS and it was a pleasent surprise! Everything was perfect! First of all the check in was at 03.00 pm but they gave us the room earlier without extra charges, that was realy nice after such a long trip we were exhausted, after that we enjoyed free welcoming drinks at Margaritas rooftop. The room was large and bright, all the facilities we needed were already in the room. The location was perfect- close to the beach and restaurants. Beds were very comfortable, the room was super clean and there was a large balcony, qute place for a good night rest. We were stayng only 1 nigt but we made a reservation for another 3 nights! Perfect location, beautiful surrounding atmosphere. Most friendly and helpful receptionist and staff ever, lovely and great first impression of hotel. Especially Alberto and Valentino. They made our stay so enjoyable and comfortable. There are many beautiful places and entertainment within walking distance. Wonderful view from the balcony, ocean, sunrises and sunsets. Swimming pool, animation, the hotel has everything you need. The breakfast was delicious and had a great variety of options. I was very pleased with my stay. Thank You very much! ☺️

very well managed facilities. Great choice of buffet style breakfast. Location backs onto the Fanabe strip with huge choice of restaurants and bars. Clos to the beach 500mtrs max. 2 pools (1heated) Gym and nightly entertainment - fab !! So good we booked to return already - a few day into our stay - loved it ! The Italian restaurant connected to the resort - private entrance - was wonderful - highly recommend - lovely staff - hard working

Lovely hotel with really nice gardens and pool areas. Food was very good, and nice to have some music in the evening. The stand-out feature for me was how well I was looked after - everyone was friendly and also efficient - which made for a much-needed relaxing stay. Thank you.
