Location is very comfortable for sightseeing, the castle is very close to the hotel. We had the room on the 4th floor and a wonderful window view. The staff is very helpful and caring. The restaurant is nice both for breakfast and dinner. In general all our expectations were fully met.

Este hotel moderno está bien situado en la 3ª planta del centro comercial Centrum, en el centro de Viljandi. Front desk staff was very friendly and happy. This is our first time visiting Estonia and the Centrum Hotel was a great place to welcome us here. The breakfast was great and the kind women preparing the food was very attentive and did a great job. The room was amazing and we really enjoyed our time here. If we ever come back to Viljandi we will definitely stay at the Centrum Hotel again.

And they had blackout curtains in the bedroom. ❤️ It was stylish and location was good. Nice and quiet, as i love it. Toys for kids also.
