Hotel Sophia is located in an upcoming neighborhood where the Tartu University of Science and Technology, as well as hospital are within a short walk away. Near to shopping center. Near to town. Great breakfasts and very nice stuff.

Room was spacious and well-appointed, and the hotel overall is of a high standard. The bathroom had a fully-enclosed shower (not a given in Europe), though there was a small gap between the door and the glass panel but luckily not too much water got through to wet the bathroom floor. Alternative pillows are available. Staff was friendly. Included breakfast at Joyce for no extra cost was a great touch and there were a lot of options at their breakfast buffet (eggs cooked a variety of ways, oatmeal, sausage, croissants and breads, fruit, cottage cheese, and a lot more). We also made use of the basic spa package which was great (did not do Sauna World or Salt World, but they are just separate gated entrances off the main spa room, which had plenty to enjoy including several types of Jacuzzis, saunas, and pools). I would certainly stay here again and would recommend to anyone.

The Antonius is a luxurious boutique hotel in the heart of the old town of Tartu, directly opposite the main building of Tartu university. Tartu Town hall is 170 metres away. Very nice big room on the attic. Great breakfast and nice staff.

Alatskivi Castle is a 16th century manor that's reconstruction was finished in the 19th century for Neo-Gothic style. If offers classically furnished castle rooms, with one located on the tower. A wonderful place - it really felt like staying in a true castle - the rest of the building is a museum… we had dinner at the restaurant which was exceptional. Highly recommend it.

Raadimõisa Hotell se află în Tartu, la aproximativ mai puțin de 1 km de Estonian National Museum și la 2,2 km de Grădina botanică a Universității Tartu. Location, the balconies , the staff was so amazing bringing our child the child bed right away when we arrived. We have stayed at Raadimõisa before and will probably stay there again . Very good value for the price and breakfast was nice. Although could offer some chicken and beef sausage options :) We loved the little bunny towel for my daughter . It was so sweet.
