Great for an overnight stop on our way back from the Salzburg area. The owner met us at the door at the appointed arrival time and said that he had given us an upgrade - we were amazed at the size of the apartment and the huge covered balcony area. Spotlessly clean and very well appointed. The owner has wine and beer on sale and also pointed us in the direction of the very good local supermarket for breakfast the next day (Sunday) . Looks like a lovely area with plenty to do on a longer break. It was just a 5 hour jaunt back to Eurotunnel the next day, via Luxembourg to fill up with diesel!

Very close to the center and bus stations, and also 5 minute walk from Hbf. Room is nice and clean. Just pay attention that there are two hotels with the same name, City center and congress. They are close to each other, but I didn’t pay attention and ended up in the wrong one.

The IntercityHotel Saarbrücken provides air-conditioned room, a bar, a restaurant, a 24-hour reception, room service and free WiFi. The team were excellent, good breakfast but one of the two coffee machines was turned off with the explanation that there were not enough people having breakfast to turn on the second machine; the next morning there were twice the number and the machine was still off! Eggs were often lukewarm, but these are minor, overall this was a great place to stay - the bowl of chili was outstanding! Can't say enough about the hotel staff, always helpful.

The house is located in a quiet area at the edge of the forest: you can walk straight into the woods. We have used Mitlosheim as a base for trips in the Saarland and it is perfectly suited for that: Saarlouis, Saarbrücken, Saarburg, Saarschleife, all easily accessible by car.

Very nice hotel in the countryside. Dinner and breakfast were really good. The (public) swimming pool is very sizeable. The nature around invites for walks or runs. Trier with its cultural highlights is not far away. Saarschleife and Völkilinger Hütte are other destinations worth exploring.

The staff was friendly and helpful. The room (we stayed in the family suite) was modern, spacious and the bunk beds were super fun for kids. There were even some nice new toys in the children's room so we were pleasantly surprised. The breakfast buffet was tasty and included some vegan options , which was very thoughtful.
