The room was small but perfectly adequate and gorgeously appointed. The outdoor garden area and bathroom was lovely and its was great to meet with a small number of other travellers for conversations and tips of where to go and what to do in and around Barichara. It really felt like a home away from home. Highly recommend.

Although San Gil / Santander is not on the list of most travellers I met in my way, i find it a pity as this place is more authentic, there is quite lot of things to do and the people are very chilled and easy going compared to for eg Santa Marta. I really wish I had a few more days here.

Is really good hotel with a good price, people working in there are really looking forward for their guests to have a good experience. This is not the first time I stay in there and I have always have a good experience. This time in particular, I had to return before it was expected, so I have to cancel 1 night of my reservation, I told their receptionist and he told me there was no problem at all and they they won’t charge me for that night! This is a very good costumer experience! Definitely every time I’ll come back to Bucaramanga, I’ll stay here

Nothing, we just needed to stay there because of the night time of arrival, otherwise I'd rather book somewhere else. They even called the room at midnight because they needed the main guest's name when I checked in at the reception at 7 pm. So unpleasant. Staff is drinking beers at the reception.
