Hotel Playa Scondida is a rustic-style lodge on Baru Island, 1 hour from Cartagena by motorboat. An amazing place with amazing people that helped me with everything and made our stay beautiful. Thanx a lot! Recommended

The staff is so kind and hospitable. The food is amazing, I felt right at home. Feels private but not too isolated.

Posada donde Uriel Playa tranquila is located in Baru, a few steps from Playa Blanca. The hotel has a terrace and sea views, and guests can enjoy a meal at the restaurant or a drink at the bar. We stayed two nights at Uriel's newly constructed pool villa "Casa Cafur" in the nearby town in Santa Ana, and spent the days at his Playa Tranquila beach house (quiet part of playa Blanca) Strong winds damaged most of the beach earlier that week so we were unable to spend the night as planned but Uriel saved our vacation with his pool villa, then we got to spend the days anyway at Playa Blanca so it was the best of both worlds. The beach is a quick 6000 peso ride from the villa. Let me tell you, when you enter Casa Cafur you realize you are entering somewhere special. You get that "wow" feeling once you enter the doors. It's a peaceful paradise, and feels totally private. He keeps the pool clean, and the cocktails are delicious! His staff are totally cool and they take care of everything like the richest resort. I proposed to my girlfriend at his beach house (posada donde Uriel) and when we returned to Casa Cafur, Uriel cooked us lobster and shrimp, champagne and we had the whole place to ourselves. Music, hammocks, cocktails and a clean pool. The village of Santa Ana is cool too, we drank and danced with the locals and sharwd way too many dollar beers. I trust Uriel and will always come back! Thank you Uriel for a special 3 days.

Set in Playa Blanca, Hotel Calamari Baru offers beachfront accommodation a few steps from Playa Blanca and offers various facilities, such as a terrace, a restaurant and a bar. The hotel is very cosy and comfortable, the room and facilities were great. The location of the place was perfect as it is right on the beach and with a swim spot in front. the staff was very helpful and kind, they were very accommodating and answer all our queries regarding tours and places to visit nearby. The food was delicious, they had some really good local dishes with fish and a selection of pastas and other dishes for everyone.

Nagtatampok ang SABAI Beach ng 200 metro ng private white sand beach at libreng WiFi access sa mga pampublikong lugar. It is just such a beautiful place, natural and tranquil. The staff are fantastic, very nice and attentive, they made our stay very special. We would like to thank David, Chris, Raul and Luz and all the other staff - they were like friends. The beach and water is outstanding, the best we have ever tried. We will come back soon again. It was very hard to leave this magical place
