The location is close to the Lijiang Old Town within 2-3 minutes walk. We got such a nice and warm welcome from the hotel. The owner and the stuff were treated us like a family. Staff are exceptional.They are friendly,helpful and would go out of the way to help their guest.A special thank you to two staff members,, Zoey and Ivy. Zoey helped us to liaise with our tour guide as we had no means to make local phone calls.She was always cheerful and happily offered her help. Ivy ,a very kind and caring young lady ,accompanied us to the local hospital when we had a medical emergency..She did this on her own time.She helped us to translate and navigate through the procedures in a Chinese hospital.It would have been difficult without her help.We are forever grateful to Ivy.

Loved the location - it was near the ancient town of Shuhe and a pretty park area where we spent a great couple of hours.

Staff thought the hotel couldn’t have been more helpful and courteous. Club lounge is lovely and well appointed. Location is peaceful - maybe not ideal if you’re looking to be in the city centre but if you’re after something more resort-like, this is a great option.
