The hotel is fantastic for any kind of guests. It means nearly everything inside and outside the hotel is wonderful and satisfactory. I was tanned every day and exhausted playing in Hainan. However, as soon as coming back to my room, I could totally relaxed and enjoyed the coolness. Most amazing is the swimming pools which is located in front of the hotel. Morning time is the best for swimmers, I think.

Impressive and comfortable hotel in SanYa. It has a nice swimming pool and it is very close to the beach and to a lively area with beachside bars. The area around the hotel gets crowded every evening with people singing and dancing. I can absolutely believe that it was the hotel where foreign politicians were hosted when in Hainan, since it is that beautiful.

The little details is what makes Capella the best hotel or Hainan. From check in, breakfast, swimming pool, room, decoration and service, it's all top world class. Pricey but highly recommended to experience Capella at least once.

The resort did exceed my expectations. It was a good value for money for sure! Resort: It’s a massive and very beautiful resort. The area it occupies is really big. The idea of tunnel to the beach is quite smart. Very beautiful vegetation around. Trees, flowers. Colors of vacation! Loved it! Disclaimer for animal lovers: the birds at the pond are taken care of and there is a man who feeds them and cares for them every morning. I rushed to ask as one of the swans was out of the fence not moving away from his partner for couple of days. Turns out he managed to escape and as you know swans don’t leave each other, he was there next to his partner separated by fence. I called the facility to complain that poor bird is heartbroken. The trouble was fixed. I asked if wings were cut short to make them disable to fly but no, birds are raised by the man who works there since their birth that’s why they don’t fly away. Not ideal but they are well fed and have a place to rest and are not in cages. Swimming pools: huge pool in the middle is the functioning one and water in the pool is warm however it’s 1.4m depth. Still did enjoy it a lot! There is one next to it with shallow water 1.2m suitable for kids. The fancy looking one to the right is not functioning. There is plenty of beds by the pool and you can store your belongings inside the lockers for free which are placed next to the pool area. Super convenient. Dining area: big variety of food and enough options of western food, fruits and a salad for healthy eaters :) Rooms: amazing view from balconies. I believe all balconies are facing garden and pool. Clean and nicely furnished rooms. Great shower with bathtub . Beach: not much going on on the beach area. Distance to the beach is approximately 5min. You can wash the sand of your feet at the entrance into resort which is supper convenient. Surroundings: we did not leave the resort as it was super hot to move around.

I chose this hotel because I have already been there and I was fascinated. This time I was with my husband.The area is Dadonghai and is preferred by us. We like everything in the hotel!The garden, lobby, restaurant are very beautiful!The breakfast was varied and delicious! I want to express my gratitude to Zoey and Vanessa who did everything possible to give us a room that met our requirements. A lot of thanks!

Chicken cleaner and accessories

Everything was amazing. Wonderful private Villa with swimming pool and jacuzzi. The property is peaceful and relaxing, beautifully kept and well maintained. They have there own private beach which you can relax on without hundreds of other tourists. Every evening at 5:30 you can sit by the beach and enjoy the sunset with a few free glasses of wine and canapés. All the staff at the hotel were extremely welcoming, friendly, polite and professional. The manager Hickey was great, gave us a tour of the property when we first arrived and was happy to help with anything we needed. Both my wife and I had an amazing time and will definitely be returning on our next trip to Sanya.

Well for starters the hotel is on point especially if you get one of the higher floor rooms, the breakfast for me was not needed because of the place that there are so many places you can eat outside, the only small inconvenience was that the ac was dripping a bit of water but because of that everyday there were new sheets and bed covers.

It's been a month and our group of 6 are still praising how great n spacious our family suite were. Service efficient, breakfast in particular.. Excellent! Beach is right across e road, eataries surrounded with restaurant. Good location.

The infinity pool is one of the best tourist attractions in Haitang bay. Our room came with a beautiful balcony and bathtub that had a brilliant view.

The hotel is very good, the infinity pool at the roof top is very nice with amazing views. Here it is important to say that the pool closes from 12.00 pm until 3.00 pm. The rooms are comfortable, but you can smell the humidity. The breakfast has a lot of options, and you can find a variety of Chinese food, but also some western breakfast. Almost all The hotel staff doesn’t speak English, there are some persons who can. They were always ready to help and they helped us a lot, and they are really friendly. As an advice, it is always important to use some Google translate ;)
