Our room was warm, clean and cozy! We enjoyed the restaurant. It has plenty of vegetarian options that we enjoyed. Try the rice cakes with peanut, dried tofu and vegetables and the eggplant. They are not to be missed.

Li River Resort is situated on the west bank of Li River and offers a relaxing retreat in Chinese-style accommodation. This boutique hotel is professionally run, with excellent service provided by all staff. It's quiet and offered lovely views from my river balcony room. The rooms are beautifully decorated and I loved the decor and details in the room.

Wedged amongst the bamboo forests and rural farmlands, Riverside Retreat Hotel overlooks the beautiful water of the Li River. Best view in whole yangshou. The location makes it quiet and it’s still very close to the city centre. The staff helped us with getting 2 bikes from the hotel for 20 yuan/ person. Quite a good deal for the whole day. We were tired from the bike and couldn’t come back as we wanted to eat and they let us park the bikes in the centre and they got them picked from there. Very convenient and no up charge! If you go in winter you can just ask for more heaters! The air con works as a heater as well. Also as we went in off season they upgraded our room for free!!

Hotel Guilin Rong Lake Aroma Tea House (nekadašnji hotel Jing Guan Ming Lou Museum) nalazi se u centru grada, tačno preko puta 2 reke i 4 jezera. The ladies were all wonderful and so very helpful. I couldn’t ask for a better staff. The icing on the cake was that they all spoke English in addition to Chinese. Great find!

She organised all the tours for us and was very patient with us. We were upgraded for free and there is free tap water and breakfast included. The hotel is set in a really nice location which is tranquil, though you will need a bike or DiDi to get into town.
