The View is simply outstanding, i really dont think any other place in Zermatt has the View that this hotel has. The staff is incredibly friendly and always willing to help. Breakfast was fantastic with a wide variety of food and options. Would definitely recommend and come back to Mountain Paradise hotel.

It is conveniently located with the shuttle bus (free with ski day pass) taking you to all the gondolas for the ski slopes. The breakfast was good and the bar cosy. They have a free taxi service to take you to the train station. The spa is very complete with spa and Finnish and bio sauna and many more.

Veldig sentralt, god frokost, god fondue og veldig hjelpsom personal. Vi sov en natt på Walliserhof og på avreisedagen gikk vi en fjelltur, da vi kom tilbake til Hotellet kunne vi ta en dusj i Spaområde uten betaling. det bar veldig veldig deilig.

The place is superb, the service, breakfasts in the dining room and dinners in the cellar restaurant were just perfect and to my liking. Rooms are cozy, quite stylish and convenient. Wi-Fi is around 300 Mb/s. You want top-notch accommodation for a reasonable price? Stay there.

The location is the best in Zermatt, the staff was very helpful spicaly Mr. Faisal, he was very kind and well knowledged. The concierge guys have answers for all my questions. And I am very sorry to forget the breakfast buffet manger because he were the best guy ever and has the most positive energy while serving people on the morning.

Hotel is very well maintained. Love the modern industrial design and details. We got a very nice room with a huge balcony that overlooks Matterhorn. Everything in the hotel spells luxury.

Great location close to the train station. Nice view of the Matterhorn. For the money paid, it was much better than expected - clean, comfortable, well laid out, nice looking, The staff were great, very personable, fun, and helpful. Filippos (sorry not sure on spelling) was fantastic. We also all loved the breakfast, so many selections and enjoyed everything we ate and again the staff was very attentive and helpful. I’m rarely wowed by a hotel, but we all were with the Ambassador.
