Love all the common areas outside the rooms and so nice how they have laid out books and games and all. Breakfast was delicious - esp the homemade jams and homemade granola. Location is brilliant for hiking. Wish we lived closer so we could go more often.

Hotel sme navštívili za posledné dva roky viackrát nakoľko je Lugano naša srdcovka. Tento hotel sa nachádza v perfektnej lokalite.. v blizkosti vlaková stanica, autobusová zastávka a centrum mesta je vzdialene tak 10 minút chôdze.. Izby čisté a personál veľmi milý.

We loved everything. The room was super nice. We had a reservation in the fabulously tasty restaurant with great service and we used the lovely spa the next morning, where we had the entire place to ourselves on a Friday morning. That was lovely. Paola, the masseuse was absolutely fantastic and highly recommend her

The Hotel is conveniently located 10 minutes away from the city centre and enjoys beautiful views on lake Lugano. The indoor and outdoor swimming pools are a good complement. The fitness is extremely well equipped and the SPA area is modern, sparkling clean. We recommend to try the outstanding therapists and the Spa. We loved this hotel and we look forward to coming back soon.
