They wanted to clean my room every day, even sending messages to ensure i didn't want my room cleaned. Don't get me started on the restaurant. Amazing food! I'd definitely love to come back here again.

The breakfast was excellent and the weather was good enough for us to be able to eat outside in the very pleasant courtyard. The lunches and dinners we had were also very good. The courtyard is a nice setting for a pre dinner cocktail. Our room was excellent a great size and the bed was very comfortable.

This adult-focused hotel (now allowing children 15 and older) is located on the hilltop with views of the harbour. Every little detail has been thought of at The Francis Boutique Inn- from the lovely gift & the little welcome note, ease of check in and check out, and of course the facilities (nothing better than a dry sauna and hot tub after a full day of hiking!). Such quality interior, with little luxuries scattered throughout like the coffee & the bathroom items. The bed is so comfortable bed; and it has a beautiful deep bath; lovely fluffy towels and a great rainfall shower with excellent pressure. The soft furnishings are really luxurious too (love the blanket!) and having streaming on the smart TV was also a bonus. The staff were so attentive and intuitive and couldn’t have been more suited to such a gorgeous property. Without a doubt the best hotel I have ever stayed in, and I have travelled to a fair few! 10 out of 10 in ever way.
