We received the warmest welcome from the owner, Cheryl, as soon as we opened the door, which set the stage for our perfect 2-night stay. Every attention to detail is curated by the owners: from the most exquisite bed you will ever sleep in! to each room having its own Breville espresso/coffee machine! The kitchenette is supplied with fresh bread and jams, fresh cream and juice, muesli, chocolates……yum! The shower delightful, toiletries high-end and big fluffy towels and robes are always a plus!! Can’t say enough wonderful comments about Cheryl and what she provides at Josephine’s Guest Studios!! Loved our stay!

"Relax in warm your home from home with warm and gracious personal service and great local advice" The Beach House at Bayside is located midway between Middleton Beach and Emu Point on Middleton Bay,... Craig, the proprietor, greeted us and gave us a fantastic summary of what we should see in Albany with orientation on a map. Set us up at an excellent restaurant (Lime 303 at Dog Rock) and surprised us with hot tea and delicious scones after our first venture out. (BTW, If you are a golfer, the property is adjacent to Albany Country Club where the public can play quit reasonably.) The breakfast included was excellent. No negatives to this property in our opinion.
