Our stay at the AC Hotel by Marriott Innsbruck was a truly wonderful experience. The outstanding staff, delicious breakfast, and convenient location made it an ideal choice for our visit to Innsbruck. The staff at this hotel truly sets it apart. They were incredibly welcoming, friendly, and always eager to assist with any questions or requests I had during my stay. Their professionalism and warmth enhanced my overall experience. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a memorable and comfortable stay in this charming Austrian city.

Warm welcome and friendly and helpful staff. Nothing too much trouble. Hotel was very nice and in a quiet location. Wonderful views of the mountains from the balcony and the close proximity to Innsbruck made it very easy to travel around and explore the surrounding area. Breakfast was a short walk to a neighbouring hotel (where reception was also based) and was very good - a buffet with lots of choice, which was regularly restocked. Room very clean and comfortable. A great place to stay.

Perfect location to stay if you want to see all beauties of Tirol, Apartment is located in the typically Tirol house, it is very big with 2 living rooms, 3 bedrooms, WC, toilette, and kitchen. Kitchen is special, it have all possible electrical appliances you need :) Beautiful view from every room, small but beautiful garden and parking place in closed garage. Owner Angela was so kind, she gave us some tourist cards for free public transport in Innsbruck . Defiantly all recommendations.....

The host is wonderful, we came a bit earlier than expected - it was no issue - we could enter the apartment right away. Got a welcome card, which was very helpful as it covers the public transport and also has some additional perks. The bus stop is just a few meters away, it was very easy to get to and around Innsbruck. The apartment is absolutely gorgeous, has everything you need to feel at home. The view from the garden is just breathtaking! Highly recommend.

Visited with our one and half year old son and this place worked perfectly for us, Well presented one bedroom apartment, in a interesting building, lift in building a big plus, stairs can only done by adults by themselves, Amazing view across the river to the snow capped hills behind the town, their are bars, restaurants literally at the ground floor and next door, a laundromat about 3 minutes walk away was very handy, we really enjoyed our stay at Innsbruck

We were so thrilled when we opened the door to the apartment! The apartment was clean, comfortable and very update. We had everything that we required for our stay. The location was likely the best in Innsbruck; steps from the Goldene Dachl and in the heart of the Inner Stadt. Check-in procedure was very clear and easy to follow. Margit, the host was very welcoming, friendly and helpful. We would most definitely return to Daxburg Apartments❤️

The reception staff and restaurant staff are all very friendly, courteous, efficient and helpful. The attractive paneled hotel restaurant serves very good traditional Austrian fare ,with an extensive wine list. The location is just outside the historic center - 3 minute walk, and the parking is on-site. Rooms are clean, beds comfortable, but otherwise unremarkable. All in all, a good mid-range choice to stay in Innsbruck.

Adam and Eva were amazing hosts. All issues were taken care of immediately and we could not have asked for a better time. Waking up every morning to the sound of horses playing behind our apartment made me think of home in the US and made our time just that much more enjoyable. If my son and I venture down to Innsbruck again, we will reach out to you again. Thank you for a wonderful stay.

Hotel Gruberhof is perfect for a ski trip or weekend away with your family! It really feels like a cozy lodge and was great to go back to after a day in Innsbruck or on the slopes. We ended up extending our stay by multiple days. Management is amazing and friendly, they helped us with everything we needed. The welcome card you get for free with 2+ nights has some awesome deals on it!

The Hotel Central is a very traditional hotel in Innsbruck, originaly built by 1880' (yes, it is around 140 years old). The building is very well maintained and the hotel works as expected in any modern hotel. The people managing the hotel is great. The breakfast is served inside the traditional Central Cafe and is good too. Prices for hotel and breakfast are fair.

Apartment Mischa was a great place to explore Innsbruck, just a short walk over the bridge to the old town, bakery just down the street and safe uncovered car parking. Everything was in walking distance and having a kitchen was a bonus. Emil was great at communicating with us and met us at the apartment to help us in and provide some information of the town.

Good for Skiing - Oberperfuss is 5 minutes from Hotel, Location is generally good, Train to Innsbruck is just in front of the Hotel (400 m) - Very Cosy, Friendly. Sauna is FANTASTIC - very big and comfortable, can be used individually and surely worth money - I have no idea why Hotel tell not much about its great sauna and rooms for relax

Great location near city center and downtown but not in the middle of night-life noise. Spacious room with comfy beds. Generally clean and quiet. There is an elevator. Offers storage room for early arrivals or late departures. A decent hotel overall which I can recommend if you are on a tighter budget (Innsbruck is expensive in general).

Chef was very good and her food especially homemade soup great. Hotel family owned and run. Staff very friendly, Mia the waitress/ barmaid perhaps manager was exceptional and made our stay. The views from our room were really good when the weather was good. The local tram was great and took us in to Innsbruck city very cheaply.

The hotel is located within walking distance of all the main attractions in Innsbruck and is also relatively easily reachable from the main train station. The room was spacious and comfortable, although the furniture was a little dated. I was also allowed to leave my luggage in the storage after I checked out, which was an added bonus.

Excellent location, close to station and right on the river and old town. Easy walking distance to everything. Hotel staff were very friendly and helpful. Delicious dinner at the restaurant. Hotel was clean, cosy and the beds were like sleeping on a cloud. Would absolutely stay again or recommend to anyone travelling to Innsbruck.

Top location in the old town nearby the gold roof. Separated space with the entry thru a roof terrace. Spacious inside, with a sky window. It was warm inside, everything was clean. Good option to stay for 2-3 nights and get the vibe of the old Innsbruck. A, the cafe in the same building is a good and traditional,also a.good tip..

The breakfast room was excellent. Fresh food and plentiful. Staff was amazing. Very friendly and helpful. The hotel was a bit removed from Innsbruck; a twenty minute bus ride, but an easy commute. It was nice being in the countryside. Hotel was very clean and offered fresh fruit and pastries all day long.

Hotel is located conveniently near the Innsbruck City Center. My partner and I went to the rooftop bar the night we got there and had amazing drinks with an amazing view! So beautiful. Though our room was on the side of the train tracks, we didn’t hear anything. Would definitely recommend booking here.

The location was ideal. I would describe The Basic Hotel Innsbruck as rather spare but typically European in style, size, and efficiency. The curb appeal can be a bit off-putting at first; it could probably use some freshening up, though the room was nice, well-appointed, and larger than expected.
