We arrived early and didn't expect to be already given an early check in but they did plus they're very generous to give us a room upgrade. Their food is excellent! Nour Arjaan by Rotana, Fujairah offers deluxe hotel apartments that represent the height of elegant city living for short and long-stay residents and travelers alike. The staff was great, especially Alex from Uganda. Noor, from the front reception, was also really polite, there was another man, who upgraded my room to a balcony room, but his name slipped my mind. The staff at the restaurant was attentive and very welcoming. The decor of the Ramadan iftar was beautiful! The food was delicious. My children enjoyed it. We LOVED the tiny kitchen, and the sauna and steam room were the best. Also, the staff brought me an extra gown, pillows and milk when I requested it. The location is perfect! No traffic, walking distance to a mall and various shops. Close to the beach and 5-7 minutes away from Fujairah Adventure Park.
