Location was great-- just about 30 minutes from Zion National Park. When I realized it was catered towards those traveling with pets, I was a little skeptical that it would be clean and I was absolutely wrong to question it-- this was one of the cleanest spaces I've ever stayed at and the room was outfitted with modern technology and beautifully decorated. Staff was so accommodating and even let us have access to the free breakfast the night before since we were checking out so early. I 100% plan to come back, and next time I'll be bringing my dog with.

DeLano Motel & RV Park is located off interstate 15, in historic downtown Beaver Utah. This vintage, private entrance, single storey motel, offers free covered parking next to your room. OK, this is an older place. But everything worked, every light bulb, every doorlock, the fridge, the microwave, wifi and up to date TV. Even the remote's batteries were fresh. The furniture was in top condition, carpets great, heating, plumbing all worked. Paintwork good, just a few flakes off here and there. But mostly, CLEAN! Not a speck of dust anywhere, even in hard-to-reach places. Outstanding.

Nice scenery, spacious room, laundry facilities available and the lady working there for the season is so friendly! Loved talking to her during breakfast.

Very friendly staff, everything was good, we could park our car the following day for free during the visit of the Zion NP (= very generous!)
