The location was quiet but conveniently located close to Greymouth. It's a short drive from the beautiful Hokitika Gorge and Glowworm Dell. The one-bedroom apartment was one of only 4 (plus one studio) was spacious, clean and very quiet! We could photograph stars and the Milky Way at night. The birdlife is abundant, even with some resident wekas. We shared a most delicious BBQ dinner with the hosts Jolene and Andrew, who really made us feel at home! Thank you very much for offering us this wonderful stay.

Stopforths Motel features spacious and luxurious accommodation just 450 metres from the centre of Hokitka. Opening in 2018, guests can admire the Southern Alps views or the stars on an astronomy tour.... EXCELLENT. Lovely, find everything you need, everything for cooking facilities, even a dishwasher with powder , and an extractor hood ; very good location, very quiet , no noise, even if not far from city center which is walkable. Warm welcoming. Very confortable, Extremely clean, very good bed, large room lot of space. Nice bathroom with good quality and nice shower.

Offering views of the mountain, Karamea River Motels is located in Karamea in the West Coast Region. Free private parking is available on site. All units feature a seating and dining area. Everything was perfect. The owner (I suppose) is the nicest person ever.

What a wee gem this was to stay in, it was immaculately clean, had everything we needed, very comfy bed and a brilliant shower, close to town and quiet. The host is just lovely. We couldn’t rate this high enough.

Located in Westport, a centre for outdoor adventures such as jet boating, caving and white water rafting, Buller Court on Palmerston offers a free airport shuttle service and free parking. Friendly welcome on arrival and a very comfortable bed. The room and kitchen was well equipped and was clean and well maintained. They even provided ground coffee and a cafetiere, so you could make proper fresh coffee. They also had Hot Chocolate and a selection of teas available plus fresh milk. We'd highly recommend this Motel.
