We got late getting into Greymouth and the property owner switched on the heating and warmed up our beds when we arrived. It was perfect. The beds were big and warm and the washrooms and kitchen so well equipped that it was a shame we couldn't live more. Also the car was parked right infront of the room so it made our lives so simple. Perfect.

Stopforths Motel features spacious and luxurious accommodation just 450 metres from the centre of Hokitka. Opening in 2018, guests can admire the Southern Alps views or the stars on an astronomy tour.... definitely the best accommodation we had in West Coast area. Room has all the facilities and necessities you need even a dish washer! Room is very clean and location is close to town centre but on a quiet street. A big park nearby. The host Sonja (forgive me if I spell it wrong lol) was very friendly and made us feel welcome.

Had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. Kitchen was well equipped and the position just outside the village was great

What a wee gem this was to stay in, it was immaculately clean, had everything we needed, very comfy bed and a brilliant shower, close to town and quiet. The host is just lovely. We couldn’t rate this high enough.

Surrounded by beautiful native trees and bush land, Aspen Court Motel Franz Josef offers guests free Wi-Fi. Opened in December 2013, the property offers heated rooms with a flat-screen TV. One bedroom suite was very spacious clean and comfortable. Photographs do not do it justice. Milk in the fridge and a large selection teas and coffees. Easy access with suitcases from the car park.

There is an outdoor seating area and guest BBQ facilities. amazing hospitality and very clean room. Cooking equipment, beds, and laundry facilities were all great! The inn is also a short walk to some restaurants and new world supermarket. highly recommended, will be back too!
