I booked this place last minute, and it exceeded my expectations. Perfectly clean and comfortable. Loved the bath, and was able to prepare a simple meal in the kitchenette. Issie at reception is LOVELY. Kind, welcoming, and helpful. I was exhausted when I arrived, so greatly appreciated her kindness!

“The Cliffs” Humpridge View Motels features free WiFi throughout the property and views of mountain in Tuatapere. There is a restaurant serving European cuisine, and free private parking is available.... It was a wonderful place to stay, the view from the bedroom was amazing, in front of the ocean. The bed was realy confortable, everything was very clean. The room was tastefully decorated.

Located in Te Anau, less than 1 km from Fiordland Cinema, Annies on Milford provides accommodation with a garden, free private parking and a terrace. Very clean and comfortable. Wish I had booked another night. Beds and pillows are super comfortable.

The apartment is nicely appointed with a small living room, dining space and kitchenette. Great location for easy walk to lake and restaurants as well as hiking around Lake Te Anau.

Riverlea Motel provides accommodation in Gore. The motel also features free WiFi and free private parking. Such a nice, modern and clean room. Really, one of the best rooms I have stayed in during my NZ travels. The room is well designed. When you enter there's a row of tiles in case you have dirty or wet shoes. Then there's very soft and comfy carpet. Bed was nice and the shower has a roof on it. Great way to prevent mold in the bathroom and keeping the heat and water inside the shower cabin.

Located on the shores of Lake Te Anau, Fiordland Lakeview Motel and Apartments offers self-contained accommodation with free Wi-Fi and lake and garden views. Best apartments in town. Would definately repeat the stay!

Esplanade Motels offer modern and spacious accommodation with full kitchen facilities, just 3 minutes’ drive from Gore town centre. Really clean, modern motel suite with full kitchen, fireplace, recliners, separate bedroom and bath. nice deck. great parking. very attentive owners. great self laundry. fast wifi. super good value.

554 Moana Court Motel offers self-contained accommodation with barbecue facilities and free parking on site. It is a 5-minute walk from Transport World, Stadium Southland and Veledrome. Beautifully clean, renovated units. A bit of a surprise packet really, as from the outside it just looks like an older ordinary complex. Was a 2 minute walk to Transport World (our reason for staying in Invercargill). The owner also suggested an exceptionally good Asian fusion restaurant for dinner…Mama San.

Offering lake and mountain views, Radfords on the Lake is located across the road from Lake Te Anau. Free car parking is provided outside each apartment. Kerri, the owner, was amazing, wonderful and gracious in every way. Super friendly
