It was fun to stay in the airstream and enjoy the peace. The airstream was furnished. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The bathrooms were clean and well stocked.

Excellent amenities. The rooms are very well done — everything you could hope for and more at this price point. Breakfast is really nicely done too—and they even feature local coffee. Toiletries are super nice and abundant. Covid protocols were well established. Very importantly, too, staff were amazing and truly accommodating, even asking if I wanted to put food I had in their refrigerator. Special call out to Kat for being so warm and hospitable. She made this a wonderful stay!

The rooms were normal and had all the amenities that you would want but nothing exceptional. The snack room was very useful and you could access coffee and snacks even though these were not offered in the room and there was no breakfast offered at this location. Depending on your food habits, what they offer in their snack room could be perfectly fine for your breakfast.

The room felt like staying in a nice cabin in the woods, with warm wood walls and ceiling. The bed was very comfortable, and everything was spotless. The owners, Jim and Dawn, were so warm and welcoming! This started before we got there with a warm welcome communication via text and continued once we got there. Also, the courtyard of the lodge was a major highlight. We spent hours around the campfire chatting with other guests and just enjoyed it so much.MMarkYoung couple

Downtown is just 1/2 mile away and a pleasant walk on neighborhood streets. The western river walk is across the street and behind the ball fields. I also like that the motel is owned and operated by a local family. The staff was friendly, but not obtrusive. It felt more like staying with friends and family than in an impersonal hotel.
