Located on 4 acres of beach front property, this Alaska motel offers guest rooms with panoramic views of the local mountains, glaciers and beaches. BBQ facilities are located on-site. Homer town centre is 8 minutes’ walk away.

The hotel has great location, We could walk down, just a few meters to the beach. The room was large with a balcony and a lovely view of the mountains. It was clean, the bed comfortable and friendly staff. Parking was fine. There were laundry machines very near, that helped us too Thanks to the owner who gave us some good local tips.

    This is a very nice motel on the end of the Spit. Our rooms had a balcony overlooking the Inlet, so we could watch the sea otters every day. Everything was clean and comfortable. The location is great with so much to do on the Spit.

    If you like a personal touch, this place is for you. Lila was a super hostess, very helpful and personable. How many motel owners greet you at your door? Our room was small but very clean and had everything we needed - bed, tv, fridge, microwave, shower, plus a notebook full of local information. Location was excellent (surprisingly quiet) and the lovely flowers around the property, a plus. I'll definitely be back! (RS)

    The motel is close to restaurants, Safeway, and the beach. The staff will help you book activities around town and really want you to enjoy your stay in Homer.
