Convenient to train station, Alexanderplatz, Hackescher Markt, Berlin Cathedral. Lots of options for restaurants and a couple of brew pubs nearby. The breakfast is more than ample with lots of choices and the best deal you'll find anywhere. We were on the side near train station, but with the soundproofing of windows and walls we hardly noticed it. There's also a nice lounge \bar. Staff is great. We would stay again, and given they have motels all over Europe there's a good chance we will!
