Nice location...bit tired on the outside but could not fault a thing once inside the room...bed was comfy...nice to have actual plates , cups and cutlery... Kettle and toaster! .....there were soap, shampoo and conditioner on the shower wall and soaps and lotions in bathroom alcove....TV worked a treat very big screen and great wifi..... absolutely value for money

The staff were most obliging, polite and friendly. I am elderly and income is poor so having the accommodation at a fair rate was very helpful. All of the necessary things were there. The bed was very good. All basics are provided. If I need a motel in Benalla again I will definitely return if you are the same managment. Thankyou.
