We enjoyed the accommodations so much we were lucky enough to be able to extend our stay by one day. Pōhara is an excellent location for visiting the Golden Bay and I can’t recommend the Bay Lodge highly enough.

Set 50 metres from the nearest beach, BEACH FRONT:Palms-on-the-beach.KAITERITERI offers a private beach area, a terrace and air-conditioned accommodation with a patio and free WiFi. I don't understand how this place has only 7,3. It's located 50m from a beach and near the Abel Tasman national park. Paul and Michelle were one of the nicest people I met in New Zealand. He gave us many recommendations for places to visit nearby. The room was cozy and had everything we needed. I was sceptical about the outdoor bathroom room but it was a nice and special experience.
