Set 2.5 km from Tapu Bay Beach, Eden's Edge Lodge offers accommodation with a shared lounge, a garden and a shared kitchen for your convenience. Room was very well equipped and larger than most we have stayed in New Zealand. The shared kitchen and communal area have excellent facilities and were very clean. Fresh fruit and eggs from the farm were very nice. The grounds/gardens and views are beautiful. Only a 20 minute drive to the start of the Abel Tasman National park.

Situated in the heart of Pohara Beach at Golden Bay, Ratanui Lodge was fully refurbished in winter 2021, it offers rooms with free Wi-Fi and free continental breakfast in a beautiful natural setting. Great location. Great staff. Great food!

Boasting a lovely outdoor swimming pool, a hot tub and free Wi-Fi, The Bay Lodge offers stunning views over Golden Bay and the Millennium Reserve. All rooms include a flat-screen TV with DVD player. Filip and Sonya were fabulous hosts-very hospitable and generous with information and recommendations. The shuttle service to Abel Tasman made a day tramping in the park seamless. We enjoyed the accommodations so much we were lucky enough to be able to extend our stay by one day. Pōhara is an excellent location for visiting the Golden Bay and I can’t recommend the Bay Lodge highly enough.

The Waters is a luxury boutique B&B on the Kina Peninsula, just a 30-second walk from the shores of Tasman Bay. Great locations. Wonderful views of the ocean and the pond with lots of birds.

Set 50 metres from the nearest beach, BEACH FRONT:Palms-on-the-beach.KAITERITERI offers a private beach area, a terrace and air-conditioned accommodation with a patio and free WiFi. My wife and I stayed two nights at the Palms and had a fantastic time. The accommodation is conveniently located right next to beautiful and quiet Tapu Bay and only a 5-minute drive away from Kaiteriteri where you can catch a sea shuttle to explore the Abel Tasman Regional Park. Its location is also a great starting point for a day trip to Golden Bay. The newly renovated unit 1 we stayed in comes with a big deck to hang out on and a well-equipped kitchenette. We felt very comfortable and cosy in the unit. We enjoyed using the jacuzzi at nighttime before going to sleep. The host Paul was super friendly and helpful, giving us lots of useful recommendations on how to make the most of our time in the region.
