The staff was definitely the highlight of our stay!! We received a warm welcome and was upgraded to a lovely room with everything we could need. We had a great meal in front of a wood fire ect. Definitely would recommend sweetfontein.

They were also quite accommodating to move our booking dates as we rescheduled. Perfect farmhouse set-up with comfy lodging facilities. Must definitely stopover on your way back from Cpt to Jhb. The dinner and breakfast options were quite enjoyable.

The service can be improved, simple value adds that won't cost money, like assisting the luggage offload. Waiters at the restaurant are great but will benefit from a little training on attention to detail when taking and serving orders.
