Cleaners were lovely and accommodate if we needed anything extra. Shower is powerful / very modern / food was ok can’t complain Location was perfect for everything we needed we was going to knebworth house and was a 5 min drive.

Only one member of staff was on the breakfast buffet serving which was not really enough but she managed efficiently and cheerfully, she was excellent.
