Fabulous views of Perth city and the Swan River.

Fabulous views of Perth city and the Swan River. A cool oasis if the weather is hot and great picnic areas. Also, a very good restaurant. Make sure that you do the sky bridge walk but it does close at 5 p.m. each day. Allow plenty of time to see the Botanic Gardens where we spent all of our two hours. Many other walking and jogging tracks in native bushland, easily spend a whole day there. If you do not have a car, there is a free public bus that departs from Elizabeth Quay. Get a map of 5 separate free bus routes around Perth, available at Perth Train Station or Information Centre.

Kings Park is a MUST visit place when visiting Perth.

Kings Park is a MUST visit place when visiting Perth. Allow at least half a day to walk through the Botanical Garden and do the Tree Top walk, take a picnic and look out at the views over the Swan River and City Skyline. But if you don't have a lot of time, it is still worth a visit even if you just drive through. If you have children there are some really great adventure play parks within Kings Park that are well worth taking them to.

Fabulous, I don't think anyone should visit Perth without spending a few hours here. Especially in August and September when so many wildlflowers are out. The gift shop is fantastic, such good quality gifts on offer. Restaurant also offering lots of variety.

When I first visited Kings Park in 1961, as farmers we were delighted that it was policy that Kings Park was to remain untouched at 1000 acres in area. What has happened that has allowed greedy, thoughtless, city controlled Governments to keep reducing this mandated 1,000 acres to current acreage?

So super clean, comfy bed, pool and guest room were great. Wonderful location. Great value for money. I stayed at Crown Towers recently, and have to say my experience at Kings Park Hotel was ten times better. The 3 biggest comparable standouts would be the fact that my room at King's Park motel had a view, and it was cleeeeaaan, and I could put things in the mini fridge.None of which I can say about Crown Towers. Oh and there was free parking right outside my door.

Parking at hotel. First in first served however but free. Can get a coffee at the hotel or just down the road is another coffee shop and bottleshop. Walking distance to concert at Kings Park. We had a room with a balcony on the first floor. Might of had a bit of view from the balcony on the higher floors - not sure. Lovely Staff. However check-in was at 3pm and they were not ready. Mainly because the concert was also on the night before and perhaps they were full. Comfy bed.

We rented three two-bedroom apartments for three families. They were very comfortable and well-equipped, with everything we needed for a week’s holiday. We also liked being close to Kings Park, which was a short drive away, or, for the more energetic, a scenic walk up Jacob’s Ladder. It was also convenient having access to a swimming pool and tennis court in the complex.

We arrived early at the accommodation but the receptionist contacted housekeeping and they confirmed the room was ready. So we could park our car in their secure underground carpark and use the room. The apartment was very clean and very well laid out. The washing machine was really useful. The accommodation is near to Kings Park. All the staff we met were friendly.

Well appointed serviced apartments with a beautiful pool area and fitness centre. The pool was a highlight, with varied seating options, including loungers and cabanas and accessible access for those needing this option. Pool safety instructions well displayed. I didn't use it, but also a spacious BBQ area. Apartments had everything needed for a short stay including cooking facilities. The location is good, close to several CAT bus routes and easy/close proximity to the Perth CBD and Kings Park. Would happily stay here again.
